Follow these steps

  1. 01

    Open Cash Flow Engine

    Navigate to the cash-flow module.

  2. 02

    Enter core values

Provide revenue, COGS, accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, and days in the reporting period.

  3. 03

    Review DSO, DIO, and DPO

These estimate average collection, inventory, and supplier-payment periods from the data entered.

  4. 04

    Interpret the cash conversion cycle

The standard measure is DSO + DIO − DPO. A shorter cycle can mean less cash tied up in operations.

  5. 05

    Review estimated opportunities

The app may estimate working capital tied up and potential improvements. Treat these as scenario-based estimates.

  6. 06

    Choose an action

For example, audit overdue invoices or review slow-moving inventory before trying to change supplier terms.

KEEP IN MIND

An estimate of trapped cash is not a promise that the amount is immediately recoverable.

What to do next

Use the result to ask a specific business question, then verify the figures and assumptions before acting. If a label or control has moved, refer to the current app interface.
