Follow these steps

  1. 01

    Open Decision Simulator

    Navigate to the simulator.

  2. 02

    Establish the baseline

Enter revenue, units sold, unit price, COGS, and fixed operating expenses. Add debt-service information if relevant.

  3. 03

    Change one assumption

Adjust price, unit volume, or cost per unit to see how the modeled result changes.

  4. 04

    Review profit and break-even

Compare modeled revenue and profit with the baseline. Check break-even units where the contribution margin is positive.

  5. 05

    Run contrasting scenarios

Try an optimistic and conservative case, not just the outcome you hope to see.

  6. 06

Use results as a question list

Validate price elasticity, staffing, and capacity assumptions before acting.

KEEP IN MIND

The simulator is a what-if calculator. It does not know how real customers will react to price changes.

What to do next

Use the result to ask a specific business question, then verify the figures and assumptions before acting. If a label or control has moved, refer to the current app interface.
